Community Health Access Manager

Job overview

The Community Health Access Manager role is onsite in Kennewick, WA; compensation is $36.07–$41.20 per hour. The position supports Greater Health Now’s regional programs that help residents access health coverage, long-term care benefits, and community resources. The manager coordinates program delivery, staff and partner support, outreach, client navigation, compliance, and performance reporting. The role helps ensure residents receive integrated, culturally responsive assistance and that program commitments and service standards are met.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation of Washington Health Benefit Exchange Navigation and Southeast Washington WA Cares Assister programs
• oversee enrollment assistance
• manage program aims, milestones, work plans, and performance targets
• recruit, train, supervise, and coach navigators and assisters
• coordinate outreach and partner engagement
• provide technical guidance on coverage and eligibility questions
• conduct quality checks and ensure accurate, timely reporting and documentation.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Requires 2–4 years in project management or program development, 4+ years as an insurance navigator or assister with ACA, WAHBE, and HealthPlanFinder expertise, and 3+ years of leadership and management experience.
