What you'll do

• Provide licensed care according to physician orders and applicable standards
• receive and give nursing reports
• supervise certified nursing assistant services
• record vital signs
• provide catheter care, IV therapy within license limitations, and respiratory care
• transcribe physician orders
• administer medications and treatments
• document care and resident responses
• monitor controlled drugs
• address safety risks
• report shift activities
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
