Compensation is $0 per year. The Caregiver — PM Shift role is an onsite, full-time position in Carmichael, CA. The caregiver provides direct hands-on care to residents at CiminoCare, a family-owned company serving seniors. The caregiver supports residents’ comfort, safety, dignity, and daily routines while contributing to the facility’s day-to-day operations. The role includes personal care, assistance with meals and activities, monitoring residents’ needs, and timely documentation and communication of observed changes.

What you'll do

• Know the location and disposition of residents under direct care
• assist with grooming, personal hygiene, room tidiness, and meals as needed
• support residents’ comfort, safety, and enjoyment
• keep internal charts current and report and document observed physical or emotional changes
• follow care plans and posted updates
• respond to calls for assistance and assist in emergencies according to the facility plan
• assist with first aid as directed
• support recreational activities and encourage participation
• attend required meetings and training.
