What you'll do

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders
• execute customer retention strategies
• build customer relationships and support product utilization
• document interactions in CRM
• maintain knowledge of products, platforms, reimbursement, billing, and molecular profiling
• escalate customer issues
• submit reports
• meet performance goals
• support meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed
• assist physicians with CMI ordering and interpretation, including QC report accuracy and access to PHI. Periodic travel may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
