The Crane Rental Estimator and Outside Sales Representative role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI, supporting the Milwaukee branch and surrounding area. ; the posting notes commission eligibility after an initial training period. The role evaluates job sites, develops safe and effective rental solutions, and prepares customer quotes while building sales in the territory. It also maintains customer records and market knowledge to support branch sales and customer service.

What you'll do

• Market and sell for the Milwaukee branch and surrounding area
• evaluate job sites and recommend safe, effective approaches
• prepare customer quotes
• record customer interactions in the CRM
• coordinate sales efforts and report activity
• analyze marketplace pricing and products
• recommend changes based on competitive developments
• investigate customer complaints and recommend solutions
• maintain customer and sales records
• attend technical workshops and review industry publications. Occasional overnight travel in the area may be required.
