What you'll do

• Operate printers, terminals, and computers to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual documents.
• Drop store orders, create new store setups, and manage batch printing.
• Complete and update the daily Operations Plan.
• Sort and distribute printed documents to supervisors and offices.
• Troubleshoot billing process interruptions.
• Contact vendors for equipment repairs.
• Submit technical tickets.
• Maintain on-site inventories and send weekly reports.
• Track and log downtime events.
• Process rush orders and RX re-bills.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IBM and SATO printers.
