What you'll do

• Start carrier traces for failed-to-load or unlocated shipments
• source driver coverage for order segments, including oversized shipments
• use bid and quote tools to source specialized vehicles and estimate costs
• anticipate and resolve complications
• de-escalate situations
• determine when to escalate
• communicate proactively with customers, drivers, and agents
• maintain required sector certifications
• and suggest workflow or system improvements.
