The stated pay range is $23.45–$39.68 per hour. The role supports Orchard Street Academy, Assabet Valley Collaborative’s therapeutic school serving grades 6–12. The assistant coordinates breakfast and lunch service with the Marlborough Public Schools food service liaison, tracks orders and inventory, handles limited food assembly, and maintains kitchen areas. The position also assists and monitors students in program spaces and supports staff with plan-related data collection and documentation.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the breakfast and lunch program
• obtain and maintain Serve Safe, Choke Saver, CPR, and Allergy Awareness certifications
• post monthly menus
• track meal orders and coordinate food ordering and required reports with the school district liaison
• assemble some foods and safely operate kitchen equipment
• clean work areas and maintain food storage and inventory
• monitor and assist students throughout program spaces
• support staff with IEP, transition, and support-plan data collection
• complete documentation.
