Roll Operator

Job overview

The Roll Operator role is onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI, with a stated pay rate of $25 per hour. The schedule is 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. The role supports a metal fabrication shop producing rolled metal parts and cylinders. The operator sets up and runs manual and CNC plate and angle rolls to form metal parts to customer specifications. Accurate interpretation of drawings and measurement checks support production quality and coordination with other shop departments.

What you'll do

• Set up, adjust, and operate plate and angle rolls, including manual and CNC equipment, to form plates and structural metals into rolled parts and cylinders. Read blueprints, drawings, patterns, templates, and written specifications
• use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions
• perform tack welding as required
• and coordinate with other shop departments.
