Job overview

The Head of Product role is an onsite position in San Francisco, CA, with a standard full-time schedule and occasional evening or weekend flexibility around critical customer deployments. Compensation is $220,000–$290,000 per year, plus meaningful early-stage equity. Multiply Labs develops robotic automation for advanced biologics manufacturing, with a mission to help make life-saving therapies more accessible. The role leads product strategy and the end-to-end lifecycle across the automated manufacturing portfolio. Working with engineering, biosciences, commercial teams, and pharmaceutical partners, the Head of Product translates customer needs into scalable systems, builds product and biosciences teams, and guides product readiness for deployments and launches.

What you'll do

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for automated advanced biologics manufacturing systems
• align platform development with commercial milestones
• partner with executive, hardware, software, bioprocess, and quality leaders on product vision and requirements
• hire, mentor, and scale product and biosciences teams
• oversee biological product requirements, internal cell testing, and customer pilot data analysis
• balance customer requirements, platform standardization, and engineering improvements
• lead customer discovery and market analysis
• coordinate product readiness for deployments and launches.
