The Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical, Day Shift role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $36.42–$60.68 per hour. What you'll do

• Apply and document the nursing process
• use a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
• evaluate and plan care and make clinical decisions
• delegate tasks and remain accountable for patient care
• work with patients, families, and allied health workers
• participate in unit meetings and quality improvement
• demonstrate competency in ECG, medication administration, restraint, and age-specific care
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• assist with orientation of new personnel
• supervise ancillary nursing staff.
