The Child Care Lead Teacher, Preschool role is onsite in Uniontown, OH; compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The role supports children and families at Kids Country, part of Busy Bees North America, an early learning and childcare provider. The position exists to create a safe, engaging classroom experience and support children’s learning and development through age-appropriate curriculum, activities, and collaboration with families and the classroom team.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support children ages 6 weeks to 12 years
• create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
• develop activities based on children’s interests and learning styles
• maintain a clean, safe classroom
• partner with families and communicate about milestones and daily progress
• collaborate with staff and leadership to maintain classroom ratios and flow.
