What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, families, and guests
• respond to pull-cord alerts and calls for assistance
• assist with emergencies and activities of daily living, including mobility, transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and meals
• monitor and support personal hygiene
• assist residents with medications
• serve residents in the dining room
• clean apartments and common areas and launder clothing and linens
• accompany residents to scheduled appointments.
