Second Shift Supervisor (Account Compliance Manager)

What you'll do

• Serve as the onsite contact during evening operations
• build relationships with independent contractors
• conduct inspections
• respond to customer requests and complaints
• coordinate new-client start-ups
• monitor account performance and recommend adjustments
• communicate nightly activities and escalations to the Facility Solutions Manager
• ensure compliance with client procedures and safety standards.
