The Holiday Lighting Installer role is onsite in Chicago, Illinois, serving the North Side area. Compensation is $22–$35 per hour plus tips. Sparkle Squad crews install seasonal holiday light displays on homes and businesses from October 1 through December 14, with takedowns in January. Working with a crew, installers put up custom displays, troubleshoot lights, and help produce clean, professional results for customers. The work is seasonal and physical, involving outdoor work, ladders, roofs, and carrying equipment; successful installers may have the opportunity to continue as full-time window cleaning technicians after the holiday season.

What you'll do

• Install holiday light displays on residential homes and commercial businesses
• install roofline lights, wreaths, garland, trees, ground lighting, and other display elements
