Platform Leader

The Platform Leader role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with two days per week in the Loop. The expected salary range is $145,000–$150,000 per year. The role supports a wealth management technology platform scaling through acquisitions. What you'll do

• Own end-to-end migration of acquired firms from legacy platforms to the standard advisor technology suite
• coordinate internal and partner-firm teams and technology vendors
• build and maintain repeatable migration playbooks
• lead data migration and validate conversion accuracy across CRM, portfolio accounting, billing, trading, and client portal systems
• serve as primary contact for acquired-firm leadership and operations
• track and report active onboarding workstreams
• collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Deal & Integration teams.
