What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier’s checks
• respond to member questions
• handle wire transfer information and card requests
• troubleshoot account and digital banking issues
• balance a cash drawer
• educate members about financial products, self-service tools, and fraud prevention
• complete required reports and training
