What you'll do

• Own budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete, work-in-progress, billing, and cash flow
• track self-perform labor, production, productivity, and installed quantities
• manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and commercial correspondence
• coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and major materials
• manage schedules, risks, and recovery plans
• lead owner relationships and progress meetings
• price, negotiate, and recover change orders.
