What you'll do

• Schedule residential and commercial HVAC appointments
• communicate appointment details and updates to customers
• coordinate technician schedules
• adjust calls as priorities change
• confirm technicians have job information, parts, tools, and equipment
• maintain customer and service records
• assist with incoming calls, data entry, and administrative or bookkeeping tasks as needed.
