What you'll do

• Lead food-service operations and staff
• develop schedules and budgets
• manage revenue-generating services
• coordinate with facility staff, clients, physicians, vendors, and service providers
• oversee food preparation, menus, meal quality, special nourishment, and food safety
• maintain sanitation and equipment
• process diet orders and changes
• complete assigned MDS sections
• develop and review dietary plans with the registered dietitian and interdisciplinary team
• maintain department records and inventory.
