What you'll do

• Perform semiconductor manufacturing functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack
• operate equipment
• read, collect, and record data
• work in a cleanroom and wear cleanroom garments
• follow applicable ITAR access requirements.
