What you'll do

• Develop new business and manage customer accounts
• identify sales opportunities and close transactions
• pursue leads and prospects
• expand account sales and product range
• maintain account information and customer updates
• visit customers and introduce products
• negotiate contract rates and terms
• coordinate with Accounts Receivable
• collect payments
• submit credit and product-return requests
• resolve customer service issues.
