What you'll do

• Look up and order parts for retail customers, service advisors, and technicians
• advise on OEM parts, accessories, and availability for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
• process invoices, special orders, and returns
• maintain an organized parts counter and storage area
• communicate with service staff
• verify and stock incoming orders
• assist with inventory counts and daily parts management.
