What you'll do
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision for Community Treatment services
- monitor service quality, effectiveness, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- support staff through screening, assessment, recovery planning, service delivery, and discharge
- assist with referrals and intake
- provide clinical consultation, mentorship, and field supervision
- collaborate with program leadership and community partners
- identify training needs
- provide individual and group supervision
- guide staff during crises and complex clinical situations
- coach staff and provide performance feedback.
