What you'll do

• Develop philanthropic revenue strategy and fundraising pipelines
• cultivate and secure significant gifts
• set revenue goals and forecasts with the CEO
• develop campaign strategy and materials
• activate board members in fundraising
• build corporate, philanthropic, civic, and education partnerships
• lead external communications and brand positioning
• develop donor stewardship and CRM practices
• and build and lead the development and external-relations function.
