What you'll do

• Lead white collar criminal defense and government investigations
• represent companies, executives, professionals, and individuals in investigations and proceedings
• develop strategies for grand jury matters, internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and litigation
• advise on subpoenas and investigative demands
• handle written advocacy, witness preparation, negotiations, hearings, and trials as appropriate
• collaborate across offices
• mentor junior attorneys
• develop client relationships and execute a business plan.
