What you'll do

• Complete daily prep lists to specified quantities and timelines
• follow recipes
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen and stocked prep station
• meet health and sanitation standards
• receive, inspect, and store deliveries
• report product issues
• use FIFO storage
• label and date prepared items
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas
• communicate incomplete prep and low-stock items.
