Veterinary Area Manager — Multi-Site Hospitals

What you'll do

• Lead operations at one assigned hospital and support up to three additional hospitals
• manage goals, budgets, marketing, and performance metrics
• recruit, coach, and develop teams
• monitor revenue, labor, inventory, and expenses
• partner with medical and regional leaders
• and support hospital openings, integrations, leadership transitions, and special projects as needed.
