What you'll do

• Shape Candova’s product vision and roadmap
• work with users and buyers and turn feedback into product changes
• validate pricing, packaging, and positioning
• define and monitor activation, task completion, skill, retention, and expansion metrics
• prototype and evaluate AI-powered features
• run experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and activation
• analyze product data
• support sales and business development
• lead the Candova team and collaborate with company leadership.
