The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist is a part-time, onsite role based in Union County, NJ. The position offers a pay range of $22.00 to $30.00 per hour and supports the home-based therapy services provided by Golden Care Therapy. This role exists to provide one-on-one ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The therapist uses behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that impede learning or safety, following the patient's treatment plan.
