Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• conduct internal and supplier audits
• lead quality activities for new product launches using APQP
• prepare Control Plans, PFMEAs, process flow diagrams, inspection plans, and PPAP packages
• program and maintain CMM inspection routines
• perform first article inspections and dimensional analysis
• investigate issues using 5-Why, 8D, and Fishbone tools
• track supplier performance and quality metrics
• support employee training.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, at least three years of quality experience, APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC knowledge, CMM programming, GD&T, and ISO 9001:2015 knowledge. Occasional travel to branches, customers, and suppliers may be required.
