What you'll do

• Oversee overhead telecommunications system and utility-pole maintenance
• lead a small crew performing telecom transfers and pole removals
• operate a derrick digger or aerial lift truck
• locate and troubleshoot cables and wires
• train others on equipment operation
• maintain equipment and vehicle records
• complete paperwork and logs
• and follow safety procedures and applicable regulations.
