Inventory Control Coordinator

The Inventory Control Coordinator role is onsite in Clackamas, OR, with compensation of $23.03–$26.03 per hour. The position is part of Pacific Seafood's Processing team, supporting inventory control of stock items. The coordinator maintains accurate inventory records and helps resolve discrepancies so processing sites can rely on timely, correct stock information. The role also supports operational coordination, reporting, and inventory quality controls.

What you'll do

• Address negative on-hand balances, inventory and cost variances, and transaction delays
• input and review fillet picks
• verify purchase orders and receiving documents
• analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive actions
• maintain inventory controls
• ensure First-Expire-First-Out movement
• reconcile outside storage transfers
• coordinate par levels with sales, production, and purchasing
• prepare reports and spreadsheets
• process debit and credit requests
• initiate cycle counts and adjust inventory records.
