Direct Support Professional — Part-Time, Third Shift

What you'll do

• Provide care in clients’ homes or community settings
• assist with domestic tasks, meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, appointments, medication administration, and basic personal care as needed
• support clients’ goals and community exploration
• enter daily activity and support notes in the computer, including unusual events or conditions
• participate in training and staff meetings
• maintain an active driver’s license and good driving record and pass a criminal background check.
