Resident Aide

Job overview

The Resident Aide role is onsite in Dayton, OH, with pay of $15–$16 per hour. The position supports property management and resident supervision at New Hope Villa in accordance with Miami Valley Housing Opportunities policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Supervise and assist residents with personal care as needed to support safety and independence
• assist with front desk operations and visitor sign-in
• monitor security cameras and report emergencies
• document unusual behavior and notify case management or the organization
• receive resident complaints and complete maintenance or custodial work orders
• coordinate access for deliveries and contractors
• assist with snow and ice removal. Second- and third-shift duties include custodial work and weekend laundry as needed.
