What you'll do

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences for children approximately 2.5–3 years old
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• provide art, music, movement, sensory play, literacy, and hands-on exploration
• support developmental skills, independence, peer relationships, toileting readiness, and transitions
• document development
• communicate with families
• collaborate with support teachers and center leadership
• follow Wisconsin childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.
