  • Provide individual and group therapy and facilitate recovery-oriented activities
  • conduct clinical assessments
  • develop treatment and discharge plans
  • provide crisis counseling and suicide assessments as needed
  • document services
  • advocate and liaise with service providers
  • provide relapse-prevention and psychoeducational programming
  • participate in treatment teams and case staffings
  • assist with aftercare services and staff training.
