What you'll do

• Manage daily shift operations

• train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to staff
• maintain customer satisfaction and store condition
• complete administration and follow policies
• schedule and order
• conduct performance appraisals
• address staff and customer issues
• and perform additional store manager duties as needed.
