What you'll do

• Provide IT help desk support during business hours
• triage and document incidents and service requests
• support desktop, laptop, tablet, software, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, network access, and voice services
• assist with account onboarding and deactivation
• provide video teleconference support and desk-side training
• coordinate escalations and service improvements.
