Team Lead — Inventory Puller

The Team Lead — Inventory Puller role is onsite in Detroit Lakes, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8 a.m.–4 p.m.; hours must remain flexible based on workload. Compensation is not specified. Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, the team lead organizes daily work, communicates priorities, and coaches inventory employees. The role helps the department meet safety, quality, cost, inventory accuracy, and production goals.

What you'll do

• Lead assigned inventory employees
• assign daily workflow and communicate priorities and deadlines
• manage cycle counts, adjustments, transfers, and inventory discrepancy troubleshooting
• update performance boards and participate in GEMBA walks
• review processes and identify efficiency improvements
• conduct team check-ins and report performance
• partner with the supervisor on employee concerns and reviews
• ensure timely training in job responsibilities, safety, and company policy.
