RN - Full Time Days - LTC, onsite, in Euclid, MN. Salary is $32.50 - $48.00 per hour, with a $25,000 sign-on bonus. This role is with Good Samaritan, an organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the resident, family, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
