The Assistant Manager — Convenience Store works onsite in Lubbock, TX. Compensation is $12.50–$14.50 per hour. The role supports day-to-day operations at a GPM Investments convenience store. The assistant manager helps the Store Manager maintain customer service, staffing, inventory, merchandising, and store readiness. By leading team members and handling operational and financial tasks, the role contributes to store coverage and consistent service across shifts.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day store operations
• operate the register and assist customers
• coach team members on upselling products and promotions
• help hire, train, and lead the team
• act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• maintain store, restroom, trash, and fuel-pump cleanliness
• create team schedules
• handle cash, deposits, and store financials
• provide team feedback and leadership.
