What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter
• monitor access and document entries, exits, and observations
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to emergency protocols
• prepare reports on incidents, patrols, and security concerns and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
