What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and develop field employees
• conduct ride-alongs and job-site visits
• monitor workmanship, productivity, job costs, labor, and materials
• ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment meet standards
• support code and safety compliance
• address customer concerns
• assist with evaluations, coaching, and invoice disputes
• support safety initiatives and incident investigations
• communicate field issues and participate in after-hours emergency coverage as needed.
