Process Technician — Semiconductor Production

The Process Technician — Semiconductor Production role is onsite in Milpitas, CA, at the employer’s Silicon Valley location. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The technician reports to the Engineering Manager and supports the Engineering department at Integra Technologies. The role supports die-level semiconductor production by operating and setting up production and inspection equipment, maintaining process records, and helping keep equipment and production lots ready. Accurate execution of procedures and quality standards contributes to production throughput and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up die sorting machines and AOI systems
• perform wafer expansion, frame loading, die pick-and-place, bin verification, and packaging
• inspect and classify defects
• record process data
• support lot prioritization and material flow
• conduct routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• assist with root-cause investigations and process improvements
• verify recipes and equipment readiness
• follow cleanroom and safety protocols
• and report process or equipment issues.
