What you'll do

• Lead regional solution management and business development across software engineering, end-to-end E/E systems development, systems engineering, AI, robotics, validation, and intelligent products and mobility solutions
• identify customer challenges and market opportunities
• engage technical and executive stakeholders
• develop value propositions and solution concepts
• shape, negotiate, and convert opportunities
• lead account planning, customer discovery, RFQ shaping, pursuit strategy, workshops, proposals, business cases, and executive presentations
• collaborate with sales, account management, solution management, and engineering teams
• support strategic program execution
• analyze market and technology trends and represent FEV.io at customer and industry events.
