Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator

The position manages plumbing projects from estimating through completion, coordinating crews, budgets, schedules, materials, and project partners. It contributes to delivering projects that meet quality, code, and safety requirements while supporting the company’s continued growth.

What you'll do

• Manage plumbing projects from estimating through completion
• interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents
• estimate labor, materials, equipment, and project costs
• perform material takeoffs and assist with proposals and pricing
• lead and coordinate crews of approximately 5–10 plumbers
• manage schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• track budgets, job costs, productivity, and progress
• coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and other trades
• manage change orders and documentation
• ensure quality, code, and safety requirements are met.
