What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, rounding, meals, mechanical lifts, positioning, turning, and ambulation
• record vital signs, nutritional intake, and behavioral changes in EHR systems
• coordinate with registered nurses and licensed practical nurses
• support nursing and medical staff
• maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
