What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, opening and closing, point-of-sale operations, inventory, merchandising, and donations
• assume day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
• monitor performance indicators
• schedule employees and coordinate team meetings when managers are absent
• coach and train employees
• support customer and donor satisfaction
• assist back-room processing
• support program beneficiaries when work therapy assignments are in place
• protect store currency, inventory, property, and building security
• follow safety measures and report incidents.
