The Caregiver role provides onsite, one-on-one non-medical care in clients’ homes in Sunnyvale, CA, typically in 8–12-hour shifts. Pay is $25 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one non-medical care in clients’ homes
• support activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living
• assist with personal care, transfers, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders, and hand hygiene
• complete daily care notes
• promptly communicate changes in client status, incidents, or concerns to the RN Care Ambassador or Client Care Coordination team
• follow scheduling policies and HIPAA procedures.

Why this role

Requires at least 5 years of professional or personal caregiving experience, or equivalent education or clinical hands-on experience; registered Home Care Aide in good standing in California; proof of negative tuberculosis test or chest X-ray. Schedule options are Sunday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday.
